Interestingly enough the Diamonds closed on the 50-day moving average, to the penny. If the market closes below this moving average on Friday it could spark the selloff we have been waiting for. The last time the market closed below the moving average on high volume, a major selloff followed and I see no reason why this can’t happen again.
