We’ve had great success trading Amazon in the past. The last time we took a position in AMZN we traded a diagonal put spread that lasted for over a year before we closed it out and it was one of the most profitable spreads in years. As you can see from the chart, the stock gapped up on better than expected earnings. However, the company has been losing money so as soon as the stock comes back to earth we will complete our diagonal calendar spread.
