JDS Uniphase closed this week with a strong green candle supported by higher volume as it bounced off of a key support level. This leaves us with a perfect set up for a long call position in the stock. We’ve chosen the January 2016 options chain for this position. The reason for going so far out is because it will allow us several opportunities to turn this long call position into a diagonal spread at a cheap price.
