Information We Collect and How We Use It
Presently, the information we collect from you is that which you provide to us voluntarily via email, snail mail, telephone communication, or by submitting your information through a form on our site, including a purchase on our TMG University store. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
We do not receive or store any information about your IP address when you visit our site. We do not use any cookies. The information you provide to us is kept strictly confidential and is never resold, retransmitted, or otherwise redistributed to any other party.
If you elect to purchase an item through our TMG University store, we retain your contact information in order to create an online account for you. Credit card information is never stored or seen by us and is held and transmitted securely by a third party.
Relevant information (i.e., contact information and billing addresses) you provide to us via voluntary communication is stored indefinitely in an offline customer database for in-house purposes only (for customer referrals, future correspondence, billing, etc.).
Please be aware that information you send to us via our "Contact Us" form is not encrypted and may be viewed by potentially malicious people. When making purchases on our site, however, your personal data is transmitted with the highest commercially available level of encryption.
Changes to This Policy
Some aspects of this Policy may change from time to time, although we anticipate most changes will be minor. Material revisions to this policy will appear here in boldface for 30 days after their implementation. Your rights under this Policy will not be reduced without your express consent.
