Last month I spoke about the treacherous road ahead, along with my thoughts of a short-term rally in the markets. We got the rally we were looking for but I remain cautious as we wait for news from Washington regarding our budget deficit.
You should not be fearful of this market. Put a strategy together, like the one we are working in the Diamonds and ride the wave of volatility. If you are simply holding on to long positions and not building your cash reserves then you could very well miss out on a nice move to the downside.
